The Binghamton Triplets of the New York-Pennsylvania League ended the 1965 season with a record of 81 wins and 45 losses, finishing first in the NYPL.
The Triplets topped the league with just 533 runs allowed. Binghamton scored 692 runs. Bill Murphy led the team with 18 home runs, and Al Otto walloped 15 or more also. Bill Murphy drove in 85 runs. Howard Kitt paced the squad with 12 wins, while Louis Romanucci registered a 2.53 earned run average, best among regular hurlers.
