The Binghamton Triplets of the Eastern League ended the 1960 season with a record of 70 wins and 69 losses, finishing second in the EL.

The Triplets scored 701 runs, best in the league. Binghamton yielded 646 runs. Don Lock walloped 35 home runs for the team, while Tom Tresh and Bud Zipfel added 15 or more also. Don Lock recorded 117 runs batted in. Pedro González paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .327 clip. Phil Mudrock and George Haney topped the squad with 12 wins each, and Hal Reniff recorded a 2.65 ERA, best among qualifying pitchers.
