The Senators scored 554 runs and conceded 687 runs. Mike Maloney led Burlington with 21 home runs and drove in 78 runs. Edward Mouton paced hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .290 clip. Dave Baldwin topped the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 2.43 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.

Frank Coggins, Dick Nold, Jack Jenkins, Dave Baldwin, Dick Bates, Joe Coleman, Paul Casanova and Whammy Douglas were all players from the 1965 Burlington Senators who played in the Majors during their careers.
