The Beloit Snappers of the Midwest League ended the 2003 season with a record of 75 wins and 61 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Snappers topped the circuit with 639 runs. Beloit surrendered 643 runs. Prince Fielder paced the team with 27 home runs and accounted for 112 RBI, while leading all regular hitters by hitting .313. Dennis Sarfate led the squad with 12 wins, and Manny Parra recorded a 2.74 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
