The Angelopolis Tigres of the Mexican League ended the 2003 season with a record of 72 wins and 35 losses, finishing first in the league's Western Division.

The Tigres plated 636 runs and allowed 450 runs. Guillermo Garcia paced Angelopolis with 28 home runs, while Matías Carrillo and Luis García walloped 15 or more, too. Guillermo Garcia accounted for 95 RBI. Luis García led all regular batters by connecting at a .349 clip. Gus Gandarillas topped the squad with 13 wins, and Jorge Campillo registered a 2.8 earned run average, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
