The Albuquerque Isotopes of the Pacific Coast League ended the 2009 season with a record of 80 wins and 64 losses, finishing first in the league's South Division of the American Conference.

The Isotopes scored 774 runs and conceded 677 runs. Mitch Jones walloped 35 home runs for Albuquerque, while Dee Brown, Héctor Luna and Jason Repko each added 15 or more as well.
