Terry Sanderson compiled a record of 51 wins and 49 losses in his coaching career with the Albany Attack, Montreal Express, Ottawa Rebel and Toronto Rock. He began coaching during the 2000 season and last coached during the 2006 campaign. Sanderson was elected to the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2015.
