The Rock topped the league with just 176 goals allowed. Toronto scored 223 goals. Colin Doyle netted 47 goals for the team, while Steve Toll, Kim Squire and Dan Stroup each contributed twenty-five or more also. Blaine Manning accounted for 50 assists. Bob Watson notched 9 wins in front of the net for the squad and a team-best 11.54 goals against average, best among regularly-used goalkeepers.

Les Bartley coached the team. The 2002 Toronto Rock won the Championship.
