Red Dutton compiled a record of 106 wins and 180 losses and 50 ties in his coaching career with the New York Americans and Brooklyn Americans. He began coaching during the 1935 season and last coached during the 1941 campaign. Dutton was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1958.
