The Vancouver Millionaires of the Pacific Coast Hockey Association ended the 1920-21 season with a record of 13 wins and 11 losses for 26 points, finishing first in the PCHA. The team compiled a postseason mark of 2-0.
The Millionaires scored 86 goals, most in the league. Vancouver gave up 79 goals. Alf Skinner netted 20 goals for the team, and Smokey Harris contributed 17 assists. Hugh Lehman topped the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 3.27 goals against average, best among regular goalies.
Frank Patrick coached the team. The 1920-21 Vancouver Millionaires lost in the Stanley Cup finals.
