The defense proved to be a force, as the Claymores led the league with just 190 points allowed. Scotland scored 233 points. Steve Matthews tossed for 1,560 yards. Sean LaChapelle paced pass catchers, grabbing 47 passes for 1,023 yards, while Siran Stacy provided receiving help, too.

Siran Stacy carried the ball for a team-best 780 yards.

George Coghill and James Fuller each picked off 5 opponent throws. Jerold Jeffcoat topped the defensive unit with 5 sacks.

Jim Criner coached the team. The 1996 Scottish Claymores won the Championship.
