The Las Vegas Outlaws of the XFL ended the 2001 season with a record of 4 wins and 6 losses, finishing fourth in the XFL's West Division.
The defense proved to be a force, as the Outlaws surrendered 143 points, lowest in the league. Las Vegas ran up 169 points. Ryan Clement passed for 805 yards, and Mark Grieb spent time under center, too. Yo Murphy snagged 27 passes for 273 yards.
Rod Smart carried the ball for a team-best 555 yards.
Brandon Sanders intercepted 4 opponent throws. Kelvin Kinney and Antonio Edwards each sacked opposing passers 7 times, part of an overall team total of 35 sacks.
Jim Criner coached the team.
