The Seahawks chalked up 354 points, and the rigid defensive squad allowed 292. Russell Wilson directed the offense, passing for 4,219 yards. Doug Baldwin paced pass catchers, snagging 94 passes for 1,128 yards. Jimmy Graham contributed to the receiving game, too.

Christine Michael ran for a team-best 469 yards for Seattle.

Richard Sherman intercepted 4 errant tosses from the opposition. Cliff Avril topped the defensive unit with 11.5 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 42 sacks.

Pete Carroll coached the team. The 2016 Seattle Seahawks lost in the Division Playoff.
