Russell Wilson threw for 3,118 yards. Sidney Rice paced all receivers, snagging 50 passes for 748 yards. Golden Tate and Zach Miller provided receiving help also.

The ball-hawking defense created 31 turnovers. Richard Sherman intercepted 8 errant tosses from the opposition. Chris Clemons topped pass rushers with 11.5 quarterback sacks.

Pete Carroll coached the team. The 2012 Seattle Seahawks lost in the Division Playoff.
