New York piled up points with 427 points, while the solid defense surrendered 294. Brandon Jacobs ran for a team-leading 1,089 yards for the Giants, and Derrick Ward also aided the ground game.
Eli Manning triggered the aerial attack, passing for 3,238 yards. Steve Smith hauled in 57 passes, while Domenik Hixon added 596 receiving yards. Amani Toomer and Plaxico Burress provided receiving help, too.
James Butler, Corey Webster and Aaron Ross each picked off 3 errant tosses from the opposition. Justin Tuck topped pass rushers with 12 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 42 sacks.
