The Vikings moved the ball well, scoring 374 points, and the defensive squad gave up 249. Rich Gannon passed for 1,905 yards, and Sean Salisbury spent time under center also. Cris Carter paced the receiving corps, snagging 53 passes for 681 yards. Terry Allen and Anthony Carter contributed to the receiving game, too.

Terry Allen carried the pigskin for a team-best 1,201 yards for Minnesota.

The ball-hawking defense led the way with 42 turnovers. Audray McMillian snatched 8 opponent throws. Chris Doleman topped the defensive unit with 14.5 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 51 sacks.

Dennis Green coached the team. The 1992 Minnesota Vikings lost in the Wild Card.
