The Colts scored 331 points, and the solid defense yielded 316. Jim Harbaugh passed for 2,575 yards. Marshall Faulk topped all receivers, grabbing 56 passes, while Sean Dawkins added 784 receiving yards. Ken Dilger contributed to the receiving game, too.
Marshall Faulk carried the ball for a team-leading 1,078 yards for Indianapolis.
Ashley Ambrose and Eugene Daniel each picked off 3 opponent throws. Tony Bennett led pass rushers with 10.5 quarterback sacks.
