The Broncos labored to change the scoreboard with just 251 points, while the shaky defensive squad allowed 432. Frank Tripucka tossed for 1,690 yards, and George Herring took a significant amount of snaps also. Lionel Taylor paced pass catchers, hauling in 100 passes for 1,176 yards.
Donnie Stone ran for a team-best 505 yards for Denver.
