The Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League ended the 2008 season with a record of 4 wins and 14 losses for 8 points, finishing third in the CFL's East Division.
The defense proved to be a force, as the Argonauts led the league with just 414 points allowed. Toronto managed just 422 points, worst in the league. Kerry Joseph led the charge, passing for 4,174 yards. Arland Bruce paced all receivers, snagging 92 passes for 1,210 yards, while Andre Talbot provided receiving help, too.
Jamal Robertson carried the ball for a team-best 645 yards, and Kerry Joseph also contributed to the rushing attack.
Kenny Wheaton and Byron Parker each picked off 4 opponent throws. Jonathan Brown sacked opposing passers 7 times.
Rich Stubler and Don Matthews coached the team.
