The Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League ended the 1957 season with a record of 14 wins and 2 losses for 28 points, finishing first in the CFL's Western Interprovincial Football Union. The team compiled a postseason mark of 1-2.
Offensively, Edmonton paced the league with 475 points. The defense proved to be a force, as the Eskimos surrendered 142 points, lowest in the league. Johnny Bright powered the ground game, running for a 1,679 yards, and Normie Kwong also aided the ground game.
Don Getty threw for 1,359 yards, and Jackie Parker threw the ball, too. Jackie Parker snagged 27 passes for 559 yards. Joe Mobra and Bill Walker were targeted regularly as well.
Oscar Kruger picked off 7 opponent throws.
Pop Ivy coached the team. The 1957 Edmonton Eskimos lost in the Final.
