The Lions scored 661 points, and the defense conceded 587. Doug Flutie directed the offense, slinging for 6,619 yards. Ray Alexander topped the receiving corps, grabbing 104 passes for 1,605 yards. Matt Clark contributed to the receiving game, too.
Jon Volpe carried the ball for a team-leading 1,395 yards for BC.
Ken Pettway, Chris Major and Norman Jefferson each intercepted 5 opponent throws. Stewart Hill dropped opposing passers 8 times.
