The Bills scored 271 points, but the defense conceded 367. Kelly Holcomb threw for 1,509 yards, and J.P. Losman threw the ball, too. Eric Moulds topped the receiving corps, hauling in 81 passes for 816 yards. Lee Evans contributed to the receiving game as well.

Willis McGahee rushed for a team-leading 1,247 yards for Buffalo.

Troy Vincent and Terrence McGee each picked off 4 opponent throws. Aaron Schobel led the defensive unit with 12 quarterback sacks.

Mike Mularkey coached the team.
