The Falcons scored 291 points, but the defensive squad conceded 377. Chris Chandler threw for 2,847 yards. Terance Mathis paced the receiving corps, hauling in 51 passes for 564 yards. Tony Martin, Bob Christian, Shawn Jefferson and Brian Finneran each contributed to the receiving game, too.

Maurice Smith ran for a team-best 760 yards for Atlanta.

Ray Buchanan and Ashley Ambrose each picked off 5 errant tosses from the opposition. Patrick Kerney topped the defensive unit with 12 quarterback sacks.

Dan Reeves coached the team.
