Ben Cahoon paced all receivers, grabbing 89 passes, while Kerry Watkins accumulated 1,243 receiving yards. Jamel Richardson contributed to the receiving game also.
Avon Cobourne carried the ball for a team-best 1,214 yards.
The opportunistic defense led the way with 63 turnovers, topping in the league. Jerald Brown and Matthieu Proulx each picked off 4 opponent throws. John Bowman topped pass rushers with 11 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 42 sacks.
Marc Trestman coached the team. The 2009 Montreal Alouettes won the Grey Cup.
