Vladimir Guerrero paced Toronto with 26 home runs, while Daulton Varsho, Matt Chapman, Danny Jansen, Brandon Belt, George Springer and Bo Bichette each walloped 20 or more as well. Vladimir Guerrero recorded 94 runs batted in. Bo Bichette led batters with significant playing time by hitting .306. Chris Bassitt topped the team with 16 wins, and Kevin Gausman recorded a 3.16 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

John Schneider coached the team. The 2023 Toronto Blue Jays qualified for the playoffs as a wild card.
