Jay Buhner drove in 121 runs. Edgar Martinez paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .356. Randy Johnson topped the team with 18 wins and a team-best 2.48 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

Lou Piniella coached the team. The 1995 Seattle Mariners qualified for the playoffs as a division winner.
