Jerry Coleman and Phil Rizzuto led hitters with significant playing time by hitting .275. Vic Raschi topped the squad with 21 wins, and Tommy Byrne, Eddie Lopat and Allie Reynolds each, too added 15 or more wins, too Joe Page earned a 2.59 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.
