Joe Gordon walloped 32 home runs for the team, while Eddie Robinson, Lou Boudreau and Ken Keltner each swatted 20 or more also. Joe Gordon drove in 124 runs. Lou Boudreau led hitters with significant playing time by hitting .355. Bob Lemon and Gene Bearden topped the squad with 20 wins each, plus Bob Feller, too added 15 or more wins, too Gene Bearden recorded a 2.43 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
