The Beaneaters scored 862 runs and gave up 649 runs. Billy Nash drove in 95 runs. Hugh Duffy led hitters with significant playing time by hitting .301. Kid Nichols and Jack Stivetts apiece earned 35 wins for the team, while Harry Staley, too added 15 or more wins, too John Clarkson recorded a 2.35 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
Frank Selee coached the team. The 1892 Boston Beaneaters won the League Championship Series.
